Australian universities allege that most students from these states move to work and get settled there by hook or by crook! Thankfully Delhi being the capital has been spared from the ban. They are not at all interested in class room based academic education. After all it is not a academic education in true sense but a way of trade. And all these things are true to a large extent. People buy such education to settle in rich countries but this is the face of middle class poverty in other forms. Australia should not do politics on this. They should ban whole of India including NRI professors and see how their universities can sustain without Indian money and cheaply available NRI (Indian) professors.
